As a managing partner Jerry is responsible for leadership of the Spectrum Services organization including the planning and direction of all aspects of the company's operating policies, objectives and initiatives. Central to his responsibility is the company's growth and branding plan. Jerry is President of UPSTREAM, LLC, where he led the organization since its inception in 1999. Jerry's steadfast commitment to understanding customers' needs by creating a level of "customer intimacy" is unsurpassed.

Previously, Jerry held the Senior Executive positions with Applied Science Fiction and the Eastman Kodak Company in a variety of management roles. His last assignment was Vice President and GM of North America for Consumer Imaging Division. Jerry spent 27 years at the Eastman Kodak Company. He is also an expert in international markets including Latin America, Europe and Japan. Jerry holds an advance degree in Business Administration.
